I grew up in a family of 6 kids in Westminster, Colorado. I attended Phillips University from 1984-1988. Returning to Colorado I was a Deputy Sheriff with Adams County Sheriff's Department from 1989-1997.
In 1997 I moved to Michigan to attend Thomas Cooley Law School. In 1999 I passed the bar exam and opened my own law firm in Hastings, Michigan in 2000. I have had second offices open through the years in Lansing and Grand Ledge.
I became a licensed real estate agent and started with Weichert Realty - Emerald Properties in 2017.
I have lived in Lansing in the same house for the past 20 years. I have a son who is 14 and attends Waverly Schools. I continue to work in Hastings and Charlotte, giving me a great understanding and knowledge of all of these communities.
